BEAUTY FOUNDER, COMMUNICATIONS & BRAND STRATEGIST
Briana Williams describes herself as a dreamer & doer. She is the Founder and CEO of LipLoveLine, an ingredient-conscious lip care beauty brand where she infused her personal story as a young Black girl, her love for lip products and her belief in celebrating beauty in all its forms.
She is equal parts creative, inventive, ambitious, and hard-working. The Virginia-native holds degrees in Strategic Public Relations, Communications and Marketing from HBCU Virginia State University and Virginia Commonwealth University. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Briana thrived with a successful career in public relations, communications, marketing, and event management that spans over the past 10 + years in the spectrum from corporate to nonprofit to academia, working with numerous major brands and celebrities nationwide.
In 2018, Briana launched #SweetTalks, a podcast that paired desserts and phenomenal women entrepreneurs to tell sweet stories that inspire women to indulge in their dreams and life’s work.

Briana was recently selected as a 2022 SheaMoisture and BROWN GIRL Jane ™ #BrownGirlSwap Grant Finalist, nominated for HYPE RVA’s Young Professional Small Business of the Year award, and she has been recognized as a Style Weekly Top 40 under 40 Richmonder to watch. Briana is also a Lighthouse Labs RVA alum and member of StartUp Virginia and the Jackson Ward Collective.
Her lip products are available direct to consumers via liploveline.com, thirteen lune (JCPenny's new flagship beauty store), Amazon, as well as will be launching with several other exciting retailers in the near future.
